A ticket to The Yoga Show gives you entry to all 4 Open Class Areas which offer you the opportunity to participate free, in any of the 108 Yoga or Pilates Classes. Plus you will be able to listen to any of the 24 inspirational lectures and watch numerous stage performance's . You could even bring your child along to attend 
one of the many Childrens Yoga Classes. Plus, take some time to browse the Showcase of over 200 Exhibitors.
